Existing (Remodel)

All prices are approximate until verified by one of our representatives.    All our prices include removal of the old flooring.

For carpet, linoleum or vinyl, or laminate flooring our prices start at   $4.00 per sq ft.

For tile, granite, marble, or glued down hardwood our prices start at     $5.00 per sq ft.

**No job is too small, but we do have a minimum charge for projects under 400 sq ft.**

Minimum Re-wax charge | $250
